What we are not
We are not SaaS at scale and not an invoice wizard. We are not a “sole traders only” shop and not a litigation boutique. Company legal work goes to ALM Legal. We work best with companies that want a standing accounting partner, not a self-service ticket.
How we work
On the first call we agree legal form, document volume and headcount. You receive a scope and quote. We assign a standing team: a lead accountant and — if you employ people — a payroll contact. The client portal is a convenient add-on to working with the firm, not a substitute for the firm.
