Profesjonalni Księgowi Sp. z o.o. (NIP 5252728169, KRS 0000702102) is an accounting firm based in Warsaw (ul. Radziwie 5, Wola). We run full books for limited companies, payroll and tax advisory — with a named team, not an anonymous inbox.
We are not an invoicing platform and we are not a firm “for one invoice a year”. We are a standing partner to the board: filings, KSeF, payroll and tax under our responsibility for the ledgers. Clients also use the PK client portal for documents and case status online — it does not replace the accounting team.
We serve companies in Warsaw and remotely across Poland. Scope is agreed on the first call: full books, payroll, tax, or all of it. Strictly legal matters go to ALM Legal.

Is this a firm for limited companies, or only sole traders?
The primary client is a limited company (sp. z o.o.) on full books: commercial ledgers, CIT, VAT, statements, payroll and HR. We also serve other corporations and sole traders growing toward a company. We are not a firm “for one invoice a year”.
How are you different from inFakt and large bookkeeping platforms?
inFakt and similar products are SaaS at scale: self-service, an invoice wizard, a large review count. Profesjonalni Księgowi Sp. z o.o. is an accounting firm — a standing team, full company books, payroll and tax, responsibility for the ledgers. We do not replace invoicing software; we replace an in-house finance team.
What is in scope: full books, payroll, tax?
Full books: ledgers, VAT and CIT returns, KSeF, statements and management reports. Payroll: contracts, payslips, ZUS, leave. Tax advisory sits on the same books. On the first call we agree the scope — without a package the company will not use.
How does onboarding work, and who is responsible for the books?
The form on this page is enough to book a conversation. We usually call back within one business day. In the meeting (online or in Warsaw) we ask about legal form, document volume and headcount. Then you receive a scope and quote. The firm takes responsibility for keeping the books and filing on time in the agreed scope — this is not self-service.
Do you have a client portal?
Yes — the PK client portal (pkportal.pl) is a convenient add-on to working with the firm: documents, case status and online communication. It does not replace accounting care or contact with the team. Existing clients sign in at pkportal.pl/login; a new company can request access after an initial call.
Do you handle company law and court disputes?
No. Accounting, payroll and tax stay with Profesjonalni Księgowi. Legal work for companies (contracts, corporate, employment) is handled by ALM Legal at almlegal.pl. We are not a litigation boutique and we are not a substitute for an attorney.
